#1. Carom Seeds

Seeds

  1. Take a small bowl and add about 2 cups of purified water into it.
  2. Then add about 1 tbsp of coriander seeds into it and start boiling the water.
  3. Wait until the water in the bowl gets reduced to one cup.
  4. Then use a strainer and filter the coriander extract separately.
  5. Allow it to get cool down for some time and start consuming them. 
  6. You can start consuming them regularly three times a day before a week of your regular periods. 

Leaves

  1. Take about 1 tbsp of coriander leaves and add them into a small bowl filled with 2 cups of purified water into it.
  2. Then boil the coriander water until it gets reduced to half.
  3. Now remove the coriander water from the heat and strain the water leaving the residues behind.
  4. Allow it to get cool down for some time and then start to consume them. 
  5. Or you can also grind the coriander leaves and mix them in a glass of water.
  6. You can consume the coriander juice regularly by mixing one tbsp spoon of raw honey into it. 
  7. Consume it continuously for three times in a day until you get your periods.


#6. Fenugreek Seeds

Fenugreek seeds[6] are known to be a very effective compound in inducing the periods very soon. It is also stated that even doctors prefer the fenugreek powder filled tablets for inducing the periods when you have irregular periods problem. Consuming this continuously for about 2 to 3 days can help in inducing your menstrual cycle.

  1. Take one aloe vera leaf and slice them into two equal halves.
  2. Then extract the aloe vera gel separately from the leaf and place it in a small bowl.
  3. Now add about 1 tbsp of raw honey with the aloe vera gel and consume them.
