  4. Rinse it off with water and pat dry.

  1. Take a banana[10], peel and mash it into a pulpy smooth mix.
  2. Add a few drops of lemon juice[11] to it and mix both the ingredients really well.

Bentonite Clay Powder2 tbsp
Powdered Milk1 Tsp

Process:

  1. Take a bowl, add 2 tbsp of bentonite[12] clay powder, 1 Tsp of powdered milk and enough water to make it into a smooth paste.
  2. Apply this on your face either from bare hands or using a facial brush.
  3. After covering the entire face with this mask, leave it on for 15-20 minutes.
  4. Don't move your face when the mask is on cause laughing, frowning or even talking can cause wrinkles.
  5. Rinse it off using water, pat dry and moisturise well.
Use this mask once every week. The bentonite clay makes the skin turn firm while clearing all the impurities off. Using a combination of powdered milk and clay also improves the collagen production in the skin. 

#5 Cinnamon And Coffee Skin Tightening Mask

Things you need:

Coffee1/4th cup
Brown Sugar1/4th cup
Coconut Oil2-3 tbsp
Cinnamon1/2 Tsp

Process:

  1. Take a bowl, add 1/4th cup of coffee, 1/4th cup of brown sugar, 2-3 tbsp of coconut oil and 1/2 Tsp of ground cinnamon into it.
  2. Mix all the ingredients really well.
  3. Apply this on your face and scrub it for a couple of minutes.
  4. Rinse it off using lukewarm water and pat dry.

#1 Witch Hazel And Coffee For Stomach Skin Tightening

Things you will need:

Witch Hazel Extract1 Tsp
Coffee1 Tsp
Green or black tea1/4 cup
Clay1 cup
Any type of oil1 Tsp

Process:

  1. Take a big bowl, add 1 cup of clay, 1 Tsp of witch hazel extract, 1 Tsp of coffee, 1/4th cup of green tea and 1 Tsp of any preferred oil into it.
  2. Mix all the ingredients really well till it forms a smooth paste.
  3. Add a little more coffee and green tea if the paste is too thick.
  4. Apply this onto your sagging skin on the stomach and leave it on till it dries.
  5. Rinse it off using water or use a wet cloth to wipe it off.
Use this once every week to see the stomach skin tighten. The clay helps in strengthening and tightening the skin around the stomach. The oil would help moisturise the skin while the other ingredients will enhance the tightening effect. 

#2 Sea Salt And Olive Oil For Stomach Tightening

Things you will need:

Sea Salt1 cup
Olive oil1/2 cup
Essential oil5 drops

Process:

  1. Take a bowl, add 1 cup of sea salt, 1/2 cup of olive oil and 5 drops of essential oil into it.
  2. Mix the ingredients really well till the sea salt dissolves entirely.
  3. Use warm water and apply it on your sagging stomach to open all the pores.
  4. Take the mix and apply it onto your saggy stomach and massage it for 30 seconds.
  5. Rinse it off using warm water and pat dry using a soft towel.

Avocado Oil1/2 cup
Grape Seed Oil1/4th cup
Rosehip Seed Oil1/4th cup
Almond oil1/4th cup
Beeswax Pellets2 tbsp
Grapefruit Seed Extract30 drops
Vitamin E Oil20 drops
Geranium Essential Oil60 drops
Patchouli Essential Oil60 drops
Neroli Essential oil60 drops

Process:

  1. Take a skillet and fill it with 1 cup of water. Put it on the flame.
  2. Add, 1/2 cup of avocado oil, 1/4th cup of Grape seed Oil, 1/4th cup of Rosehips Seed Oil, 1/4th cup of Almond Oil, and 2 tbsp of Beeswax Pellets in a heat resistant bowl, put it in the boiling water on medium flame.
  3. Wait till the beeswax melts entirely and keep stirring.
  4. Once done, take it off the flame and let it cool down for 2-3 minutes.
  5. Now, add 60 drops of geranium essential oil, 60 drops of patchouli essential oil and 60 drops of Neroli essential oil into it.
  6. Mix them well and let it cool.
  7. Once hardened apply it onto your sagging stomach and massage for 1-2 minutes.
  8. Wipe it clean or let it dry out entirely.
Use this till you see visible changes. All the essential oil mixed into this balm help in tightening the skin. These oils also help with ageing signs due to its strong astringent properties. The Neroli oil adds a mild fragrance while restoring the skin cells.

  1. Take a bowl, break one egg into it. Use only the white part.

Cocoa Powder1 tbsp
Honey2 Tsp

Process:

  1. Take a bowl, add 1 tbsp of ground coffee, 1 tbsp of cocoa powder and 2 Tsp of honey into it.
  2. Mix all the ingredients really well till they form a smooth manageable paste.
  3. You can choose to apply it just under your eye or on your entire face.
  4. Leave it on for 15 minutes and rinse it off and pat the area dry using a very soft towel.
The caffeine present in coffee helps in protecting the skin the from the premature ageing damage that the UV rays cause to the skin. Using it consistently slows down the process of photo aging of the skin and reduces problems like fine lines, saggy skin and under eye wrinkles.

Extra virgin olive oil2 tbsp

  1. Take a bowl, add 2 tbsp of rice flour and 2 tbsp of extra virgin oil into it.
  2. Mix both the ingredients really well till it forms a smooth paste-like consistency.
  3. Now, add 2 Tsp of rose water to it. You can also reduce the quantity if the mix is already very runny.

It nourishes as well as moisturise the skin to keep it rejuvenated, firm and nourished. It is also rich alpha hydroxy acid and antioxidants that fight against the free radicals to protect the under eye from premature ageing.

#10. Apricots, Coconut Oil And Honey Mask

Things you will need:

Apricots2
Coconut oil1 tbsp
Honey1 tbsp

Process:

  1. Take 2 apricots, remove its seeds and blend it till it forms a smooth puree.
  2. Transfer it into a fresh bowl, add 1 tbsp of coconut oil and 1 tbsp of honey to it.
  3. Mix all the ingredients really well.
  4. Apply it under your eyes and gently rub. Leave it on for a good 10 minutes.
  5. Don't rub it with pressure and keep it away from eyes.
  6. Rinse it off using warm water and a washcloth and then rinse once more using cold water to close the pores.
  7. Pat dry gently.
Apricots contains essential fatty acids and vitamin A that hydrates the under the eye which in turn makes it firm and tight. It also contributes to moisturising and eliminating the dead cells. The high amount of vitamin C present in it fight free radicals and avoid ageing signs as well.


Skin Tightening Exercises

If making something is too much a task for you, you can always opt for exercises that will help you in tightening up the skin. It is easy to do, and wouldn't take a lot of time. While repairing your sagged skin, it will also with overall body maintenance, so this method is nothing but a win-win.


Skin Tightening For Body


#1 Ball Plie Squat 

Step-1: Stand straight and hold the ball in your hand. 

Step-2: Take it right above your head while keeping your feet, shoulder width apart and toes turned outwards. 

Step-3: Now, push your hips out and bend your knees to do a squat. 

Step-4: Keep the lower back straight and flat and don't strain it at any given point. 

Step-5: Push down till your thighs are entirely parallel to the floor. Step-6: Slowly, come back to the position and repeat again.

Do this exercises in 10-15 reps for 3 sets. The ball helps to maintain a form for the body and balancing it while the squatting with the tummy tucked in, works up the entire body. Doing this repeatedly would help tone to the body as all the muscles are stretched to its maximum.

#2 Arm Crunches 

Step-1: Lie down on your back and bend your knees to keep your soul on the floor. 

Step-2: Place your hand straight above your head with your palms facing the ceiling. 

Step-3: Now, lift your arm, shoulder and the upper body. 

Step-4: Hold the position for a second and then go back to the starting position. 

Step-5: Do this slowly and don't strain your back or your shoulders. Step-6: Add dumbbells for added effectiveness.

Do this exercises in 10-15 reps for 3 sets. Arm crunches work for the arms till the abdomen muscles, tightening every inch of it. It tightens all the saggy muscles, even the ones which are the cause of pregnancy. The lift crunches the abdomen and upper abdomen muscles getting rid of all the sagginess.

#3 Air Bike Exercises 

Step-1: Lie down on your back and bend your knees to keep your soul on the floor. 

Step-2: Place your hand right behind your head locked with elbow bent. 

Step-3: Raise your upper body from your shoulders and take your right elbow to your left knee. 

Step-4: Do the same with the left elbow and right knee. 

Step-5: Do this continuously and alternate between the lefts and the right till it looks like you are cycling in the air.

Do this exercises in 10-15 reps for 3 sets. The air cycles work up the entire body from the arms till the feet. It crunches the stomach breaking the most difficult area of the saggy skin. Apart from toning the muscles, it also strengthens the back.

#4 Side Bridges 

Step-1: Lie down on your side with your arms by your side. 

Step-2: Lift your body up and maintain a body balance. 

Step-3: Crunch your stomach and use that to lift your body up from the floor. It should make a straight line from your body. 

Step-4: Hold the position for as long as you can. 

Step-5: Go back to the original position and repeat again.

Do this exercises for as many times as you can and hold the position for as long as you can. The side bridges work the hamstrings, lower back, abs as well as on the gluteus. This is also a perfect exercise for someone with a back problem who don't want to strain the back. It works on muscles from all the above-mentioned parts, tightening them.

#5 Leg Raises 

Step-1: Lie down flat on your back with your arms by your side. You can also keep them right below your back or under your hips for support. 

Step-2: Clench your stomach and lift both your legs up as high as you can. 

Step-3: Try making a 90-degree form and then slowly bring your legs back to its original position. 

Step-4: Don't use your back to lift the body up as it can injure and strain it.

Do this exercises for 12-20 reps for 3 sets. The leg raise strengthens the abs and hip flexors. It also brings stability in the body posture and also tightens the muscles of the leg, hamstring, thighs as well as the hips.


Skin Tightening For Face And Neck

#1 Forehead Skin Sagging 

Step-1: Take the index finger of both your hands and place it right above the eyebrows. 

Step-2: Using the remaining fingers to pull the entire skin down. Try to maintain no crease between and under the eyes.

Step-3: Now, raise your eyebrows while keeping the rest of the skin pressed down. It should stretch your face up entirely. 

Step-4: Release your fingers and let your skin go back to its original position.

Do this 30 times, relax for a little while and then repeat it twice more. This exercise put pressure on almost all the facial muscles, working them all up. Repeatedly stretching the skin for a prolonged period of time helps in getting rid of all the saggy skin that rest on your face and neck due to lost weight or sun damage.

#2 Under The Neck Sag 

Step-1: Sit straight and keep your back upright. 

Step-2: Relax your shoulder and raise your chin up. 

Step-3: Now, clench your fingers in a fist and place it under your chin. 

Step-4: Move your chin forward and hold that position for as long as you can. 

Step-5: Release and bring back the chin back to its position.

Repeat this 10 times for 3 sets. This exercise works wonders for tightening the saggy skin under the chin and neck. Moving it back and forth stresses the muscles forcing it to tone when repeated for a prolonged amount of time.

#3 Upper Face Sag Lift 

Step-1: Sit straight and keep your back upright. 

Step-2: Use your middle finger from both hands and place at the inner corner of the eyebrows. 

Step-3: Take index finger and place it at the outer corner of the eyebrow. 

Step-4: Look to the ceiling while raising the lower eyelids upwards. 

Step-5: Relax and repeat again.

Repeat this 6 more times and hold the position for 10 seconds each time. This is the perfect exercise to stretch your muscles that sag on your forehead and around your eyebrows. Pushing it upwards stretches it to the max, making it tighten when done repeatedly.

#4 Overall Face Sag Lift 

Step-1: Sit comfortably with your back straight and upright. 

Step-2: Open your mouth and form an 'O'. Make sure you stretch your mouth to the maximum. 

Step-3: Now, maintain the same position and try to smile. 

Step-4: If you see creases being formed around the corner of your lips till your nose, use your fingers to smoothen it out. 

Step-5: Relax and repeat again.

Repeat this 10 more times and hold the position for 10 seconds each time. When stretched the face to make an exaggerated O, it gives the entire face a good warm up. When done repeatedly it works exactly how cardio works before a heavy workout. It warms up, tightens the skin and preps it up.

#5 The Flirty Eyes 

Step-1: Sit comfortably with your back straight and upright. 

Step-2: Place the index finger of both the hands right under your eyes. Make sure it is pointing towards your nose. 

Step-3: Maintain a small gap between your lips and stretch it out. Pout while doing so. 

Step-4: Roll your eyes up and gaze at the ceiling. 

Step-5: Maintain the posture for 30 seconds, release and repeat again.

Repeat this 12-15 times. This stretches the cheek sag inwards which help in tightening the skin. The eye pushed up to make sure all the skin sagging the 3/4th of the face gets toned and tight.

Now that you are aware of the methods that you can repair the sagged skin, get onto it right away.
