Even I am a woman who suffers from irregular menstrual cycles. Not knowing what to do, I visited a gynecologist and she advised me to exercise on a regular basis as it will help with the menstrual flow. Try eating papayas and more iron rich fruits like dates. Dates have a high level of iron which is bound to help with your irregularities. Hope this advice helps you!

Hello, Surekha! To be honest, irregularities in a woman's menstrual cycle is more common among the whole population than you think it is. Trust me om this. So before somebody can help you on how much irregular your cycle is, nobody can help you. If it is very irregular, then you must consult a doctor. If just a bit, by a small margin, then eating healthy, eating more proteins and irons and daily 5-7 minutes of exercises will suffice. All the best, Ananya, xoxo
