  6. Then from the same position, you have to extend your right elbow. Meanwhile, you should also drive the right dumbbell in the straight-up direction. This should be placed such that it is towards the ceiling when you turn your palm toward your body.
  7. Then bring your hands back to the normal or the starting position.
  8. Follow the same procedure for the opposite side. After finishing both the sides, you will be completing one rep.


Plank Walk

  1. For this exercise, you have to start by placing your hands in a plank position. This can be done by placing your palms on the floor and your wrists should be placed underneath your shoulders. Also, your body should be placed in a straight line that would come between the top of your head and your heels.
  2. Then your feet should be placed shoulder-width apart.
  3. After that, you have to lift your right hand and left foot simultaneously. Now you should step one inch on both the foot to the right direction.
  4. Then continue the same procedure with your right foot and left hand by lifting them. After that, you have to step both the foot out in the right direction.
  5. Then follow the same procedure in the reverse directions.
  6. Steps For Reverse Direction: Firstly, you should lift your left hand and right foot. By holding the hands and foot you have to step out to the right direction.   1. At first, you have to start by placing your hands in a plank position. This can be done by placing your palms on the floor and your wrists should be placed underneath your shoulders. Your body should also be placed in a straight line that would come between the top of your head and your heels.
  2. Then you have to lift your right hand and place it straight. This should be placed straight such that your hand reaches out in front of you.
  3. Then place your hand back on the floor by lifting your left hand.
  4. The same procedure of reaching your hands in straight out in front of you should be done.
  5. After that, you should place your hands back on the floor. On completing both the hands you will be finishing one rep.


Push-Up With Alternating Shoulder Tap

  2. Your body should also be placed in a straight line that would come between the top of your head and your heels. (If you feel uneasy you can drop your knees down at any point while doing the exercise.)
