Among those changes, stretch marks seem to hold a very primary place as most of the women are affected due to that. Also, these stretch marks would appear as rashes on your skin when you get them. And it can also be caused due to some of the other reason like weight loss, usage of steroid drugs, and the other creams and lotions which could change the texture and quality of our skin. 

The inability of the skin layer to get stretched is the first and foremost reason for the stretch marks to appear on your skin. These stretch marks mostly occur in areas like arms, legs, thighs, stomach and the abdomen regions. Many people think and worry that these stretch marks can never be removed from their skin regions. But then, these stretch marks can easily be removed with the help of certain natural ingredients. Among those ingredients, coconut oil would really play an essential role in treating all those stretch marks. We all have heard that coconut oil could be very helpful in maintaining and improvising the quality of our skin regions. They can be a great cure for many of the skin infections and diseases including these stretch marks. I knew that each one of us would always want to know those remedies using the coconut oil which would cure those stretch marks. In this article, you will know all those remedies using coconut oil. 

Different Ways To Use Coconut Oil For Stretch Marks

When it comes to coconut oil, there are quite a lot of ways to use it on our skin for treating the stretch marks. Here I have given a list of different ways to use the coconut oil on our skin by combining with the different types of ingredients which would also be very helpful in curing the stretch marks on our skin. You can refer to these methods and choose any one of them to try it on your skin on the areas where you have stretch marks. 

#1. With Fresh Lime Juice

Things Required:

Coconut Oil3 tbsp
Fresh Lemon1
Turmeric Powder2 tbsp

How To Prepare And Use?

  1. Initially, you should place a tiny bowl and add about 2 tbsp of finely ground turmeric powder into it.
  2. Then add about 2 tbsp of coconut oil into the same bowl that contains the turmeric powder.
  3. After that, you can take one fresh lemon and slice them into two equal halves.
  4. Then you should take one slice and start squeezing it directly into the bowl that contains the mixture.
  5. Squeeze the fresh lemon until you add about one tbsp of fresh lime extract. 
  6. Now take a small spoon and start to mix the ingredients together to make them get combined well.
  7. Once the appropriate mixture is obtained, you can start using them on your skin.
  8. Apply the mixture on those areas of your skin where you have the stretch marks. 
  9. Allow the mixture to be there on your skin to get dry. Wait for about 15 to 20 minutes.
  10. Then you can rinse the area with warm or cold water.
  11. Follow doing this remedy for about two times every day to get quick relief from the stretch marks. 

#2. With Aloe Vera Extract

Things Required:

Coconut oil2 tbsp
Essential oil (Any based on your choice)3 to 4 drops
Aloe vera gel or extract2 tbsp

How To Prepare And Use?

  1. Firstly, you have to take about 2 tbsp of coconut oil in a small bowl.
  2. Then add about 2 tbsp of aloe vera gel or the extract into the coconut oil kept in the bowl.
  3. You can either use the aloe vera gel which is available in the shops and stores. They will be stored either in a container or tubes.
  4. Or you can also extract the aloe vera gel freshly from the aloe leaf and use them on your skin. This has a lot more advantages when compared with the aloe vera gel which can be brought in the shops. 
  5. Then you have to choose any one of the essential oils based on your needs and preferences. You can choose any essential oil which would have a lot of benefits when applied on the skin.
  6. Now add about 3 to 4 drops of the chosen essential oil into the same bowl that contains the mixture.
  7. Stir the ingredients well using a spoon to make them get mixed well.
  8. Then place the container that contains the mixture in the stove under a low flame.
  9. Allow it to get heat for about 10 to 15 minutes under a very low flame.
  10. Then remove it from the heat and wait until the mixture reaches a warm or cold condition.
  11. Now take a bath like how you do regularly. After taking a bath, apply the prepared warm mixture on those areas where you have the stretch marks on your body.
  12. Continue applying it regularly until the marks get completely disappeared from your skin.
  13. You can put the remaining mixture in an air-tight container and store them in the refrigerator for future use. 

#3. With Turmeric Powder

Things Required:

Coconut Oil3 tbsp
Turmeric Powder2 tbsp

How To Prepare And Use?

  1. Take a small bowl and add about 3 tbsp of coconut oil into it.
  2. Then add about 2 tbsp of turmeric powder into the same bowl that contains the coconut oil.
  3. Mix the ingredients until the turmeric powder gets dissolved completely inside the coconut oil.
  4. Finally, you will get a turmeric paste after mixing them properly.
  5. Now take a small amount of that turmeric mixture and start applying it on the area where you have the stretch marks. 
  6. Apply the mixture in circular motions on the entire area. 
  7. Then allow the mixture to be there on your skin until it becomes dry completely for 10 to 15 minutes.
  8. Once the mixture becomes dry, you can start washing the area with warm or cold water.
  9. You may have the yellow stains on that region that is caused due to the turmeric powder. 
  10. In such cases, if the stain is more then you have to use a herbal soap or body wash to remove those stains completely from your skin. 
  11. Continue doing the same remedial mixture for a couple of days to get rid of the stretch marks completely from your skin. 

#4. With Almond Oil

Things Required:

Coconut oil2 tbsp
Almond oil2 tbsp

How To Prepare And Use?

  1. Take a tiny bowl and add about 2 tbsp of almond oil into it.
  2. Then add about 2 tbsp of coconut oil into the same bowl that contains the almond oil.
  3. While preparing this mixture, you should always remember that equal parts of almond oil and coconut oil should be added into the mixture.
  4. Then stir the oil using a spoon to make them get blend well.
  5. Now place the oil blend in a stove and heat it under a low flame for about 5 minutes.
  6. Wait until the oil mixture reaches a warm temperature.
  7. Then remove the oil container from the stove and check whether the heat is bearable using your hands.
  8. If the heat is fine, then you can start applying it on those areas where you have the stretch marks using your fingertips. 
  9. Gently massage the area with your fingertips using the applied oil mixture.
  10. Then allow the oil on your skin to get dry for a few minutes.
  11. Since these are natural oils, you don't have to wash your skin region after applying them. 
  12. The oil will disappear from your skin after a few hours. You can notice the oil getting absorbed by your skin region after a few hours.

#5. With Coconut Oil Cream

Things Required:

Coconut oil20 drops
Aloe vera gel or extract5 tbsp
Carrot seed essential oil10 drops
Grapeseed essential oil10 drops
Almond oil10 drops
Egg oil10 drops
Buck thorn essential oil10 drops

How To Prepare And Use?

  1. In the beginning, you have to add about 5 tbsp of aloe vera gel or extract into a small bowl.
  2. Then add about 20 drops of coconut oil into the aloe vera gel kept in the bowl.
  3. Now add about 10 drops of almond oil into the same bowl that contains the mixture.
  4. After that, you have to add a list of essential oils into the mixture kept in the bowl.
  5. You should add about 10 drops of buckthorn essential oil, carrot seed essential oil, grapeseed essential oil and egg oil into the bowl containing the mixture.
  6. After adding all the essential ingredients into the bowl, you can start mixing them using a spoon.
  7. Mix them until all the ingredient gets blended well.
  8. Now after mixing them, a cream-like substance will be obtained due to the added aloe vera gel. 
  9. Now you can start applying this coconut cream regularly on your skin regions covering the stretch mark areas. 
  10. Repeat applying the cream for about 2 times a day for a couple of days.
  11. You will surely notice some visible changes in your skin regions where you have those stretch marks. 

#6. With Tea Tree Oil

Things Required:

Coconut oil3 tbsp
Tea tree essential oil3 to 4 drops

How To Prepare And Use?

  1. Place a small bowl and add about 3 tbsp of coconut oil into it.
  2. Then add about 3 to 4 drops of tea tree essential oil into the coconut oil kept in the bowl.
  3. Stir the oil mixture to make the tea tree essential oil to get blend well with the coconut oil.
  4. Once the oils are mixed well, you can start using it on your skin region.
  5. Take a small amount of the oil and apply it directly on the skin region where you have those stretch marks.
  6. While applying the oil try applying it in circular motions such that it would help in enhancing the blood circulation in that particular region of your skin.
  7. After applying the oil to the stretch marks, leave the oil to be there on your skin for about 5 to 10 minutes.
  8. Then you can either leave the oil to be there on your skin for overnight.
  9. After waking up in the morning, you will see the oil to be absorbed by your skin region completely.
  10. Follow this regularly for about 2 to 3 weeks to get some positive results on your skin on the areas where you have the stretch marks. 
  11. Mostly prefer applying this oil mixture during the night times on your skin so that the oil will have sufficient time to act effectively on your skin during the overnight. 

#7. With Honey And Milk

Things Required:

Coconut oil3 tbsp
Raw milk1 tbsp
Raw honey1 tbsp
Egg white1

How To Prepare And Use?

  1. For preparing this mixture, you have to add about 1 tbsp of raw milk without heating into a clean bowl.
  2. Then add about 3 tbsp of coconut oil into the milk kept in the bowl.
  3. Now add about 1 tbsp of raw honey into the milk mixture in the bowl.
  4. Then you should finally add an egg to the mixture.
  5. For this, you have to take the egg white separately from the egg yolk.
  6. Now add the separated egg white into the milk mixture kept in the bowl.
  7. While preparing this mixture, always remember that you should never add the egg yolk into the mixture as it would nullify the positive effects.
  8. Now whisk all the ingredients kept in the bowl using a blender or a spoon.
  9. Whisk the mixture until the egg white gets combined along with all the other ingredients present in the bowl.
  10. Then start applying the obtained mixture on the stretch marks that are present in your skin. 
  11. While applying the mixture, try to massage the area with the applied egg mixture.
  12. Use your fingertips and gently massage the entire skin region for about 5 minutes.
  13. Then leave the mixture to be there on your skin for about 15 to 20 minutes so that it gets completely dry.
  14. Once the mixture gets dry completely, you can start washing the area with cold water. You have to strictly avoid the usage of hot or warm water for washing since this mixture contains egg content in it. If you pour hot water then it might lead the egg to get boiled and it would get stuck on your skin. 
  15. Sometimes, the smell of the egg might stay on your skin. If you feel uneasy with the odor, then you can use a herbal soap or body wash for washing your skin region. 
  16. Continue following the same remedy for a few weeks to get some effective results on your skin. 

#8. With Coffee Grounds

Things Required:

Extra virgin Coconut Oil1/2 cup
Coffee grounds1/2 cup

How To Prepare And Use?

  1. Firstly, keep a small bowl and add about 1/2 cup of coffee grounds into it.
  2. Then add about 1/2 cup of extra virgin coconut oil into the same bowl that contains the coffee grounds.
  3. Stir both the ingredients well such that the coffee grounds get blended well with the coconut oil.
  4. Mix it until the entire coffee grounds get dissolved in the coconut oil and form a fine and smooth brown color coffee paste.
  5. Now you have to take some small molds or you can also use the ice cube tray which you keep regularly in the refrigerators.
  6. Then pour the obtained coffee mixture into the molds or the ice cube trays.
  7. Place the molds or the ice cube tray inside the refrigerator for about 5 hours.
  8. Once the mixture gets frozen into cubes, you have to remove them from the molds or the tray. 
  9. Then place the coffee cubes in a zip-lock bag.
  10. And now, you have to place the bag that contains the coffee cube inside the refrigerator.
  11. You have to use these coffee cubes while taking a bath every day.
  12. Take one coffee block and start scrubbing it all over your skin where you have the stretch marks.
  13. Continue doing this for about 5 minutes then allow it to be there on your skin for another 5 minutes.
  14. After that, you can start rinsing the area with the regular water and bath like how you do regularly.
  15. Continue following this daily on your skin until all those stretch marks start to disappear one by one. 

#9. With Beeswax

Things Required:

Extra virgin Coconut oil50 g
Beeswax15 g
Cocoa butter10 g
Primrose oil 30 ml
Lemon essential oil2 ml
Lavender essential oil3 ml

How To Prepare And Use?

  1. Initially, you have to place a clean pan and add about 15g of beeswax into it.
  2. Then pour about 30 ml of coconut oil into the same pan.
  3. After that, add 10 g of cocoa butter into the pan.
  4. Now add 30 ml of the primrose essential oil into the same pan that contains the beeswax mixture.
  5. After adding all of them, keep the pan on the stove and heat it under a low flame. 
  6. Heat the added beeswax mixture for about 5 minutes until all the ingredients like wax and butter get melted completely.
  7. Once everything gets melted well, remove the pan from the heat.
  8. Now add about 2 ml of lemon essential oil into the hot mixture.
  9. Then add about 3 ml of lavender essential oil into the same mixture kept in the pan
  10. After that, stir the mixture well such that the added essential oils get mixed well.
  11. Finally, a fluffy and creamy texture will be obtained in the mixture.
  12. Now the mixture is ready to use. Start applying it on the stretch marks present in your skin. 
  13. After applying, let the mixture stay on your skin for about 15 to 20 minutes so that it gets dry.
  14. Then you can start washing the area with warm or cold water to remove the applied mixture.
  15. Store the remaining mixture in an airtight container and keep it inside the refrigerator. 
  16. When you want to use take it and heat it once and then apply it on your skin.
  17. Use this regularly for a few weeks to get some positive results. 

#10. With Castor Oil

Things Required:

Coconut oil3 tbsp
Castor oil3 tbsp

How To Prepare And Use?

  1. Place a small bowl and add about 3 tbsp of coconut oil into it.
  2. Then add about 3 tbsp of castor oil into the bowl containing the coconut oil.
  3. Heat the bowl that contains the oil under a very low flame for about 5 minutes.
  4. Wait until the oil reaches a warm temperature and then remove it from the heat.
  5. Then check whether the heat is bearable and start applying it on those areas where you have the stretch marks.
  6. Give a gentle massage on your skin region with the applied oil for a short span of time of about 5 minutes.
  7. This will help in increasing the blood circulation in that region.
  8. Follow the same process for a couple of days to get a speedy recovery from the stretch marks on your skin. 

#11. With Shea Butter

Things Required:

Coconut oil2 tbsp
Shea butter2 tbsp
Vitamin E oil5 to 6 drops

How To Prepare And Use?

  1. At first, keep a small bowl and add about 2 tbsp of shea butter into it.
  2. Then add about 2 tbsp of coconut oil into the bowl that contains the shea butter.
  3. After that, add about 5 to 6 drops of vitamin E oil into the same bowl that contains the shea butter mixture.
  4. Stir all the three ingredients together well using a small spoon to make them get combined well.
  5. Then take a small amount of the obtained mixture and start applying it on your stretch marks.
  6. You can do a gentle massage smoothly on your skin for about 5 minutes.
  7. Then leave the mixture to stay on your skin until it becomes completely dry.
  8. Once it becomes dry, then you can start washing the area with warm or cold water.
  9. Follow doing the same procedure for a couple of days to get rid of the stretch marks on your skin. 

#12. With Cocoa Butter

Things Required:

Extra virgin Coconut oil2 tbsp
Almond oil3 tbsp
Cocoa butter2 tbsp

How To Prepare And Use?

  1. Initially, you have to take a small pan and add about 2 tbsp of cocoa butter into it.
  2. Then add about 2 tbsp of extra virgin coconut oil into the same pan that contains the cocoa butter.
  3. Now add about 3 tbsp of almond oil into the same pan.
  4. Then start heating the pan by keeping it under a very low flame.
  5. Wait until all the ingredients that are kept in the pan get melted completely.
  6. Now pour the melted remedial oil and butter mixture inside a small jar.
  7. Then start applying this oil and butter mixture on the skin regions where you have the stretch marks.
  8. After applying wait for a few minutes of about 15 to 20 minutes until the mixture gets dry completely on your skin. 
  9. You can store this oil and butter mixture in an airtight container and use them regularly on your skin.
  10. Also, before using them you can heat it slightly to make the mixture get melted which would be easy for applications.
  11. You have to apply this mixture continuously for about 3 times a day to get a speedy recovery from the stretch marks on your skin. 

#13. With Olive Oil

Things Required:

Coconut oil3 tbsp
Olive oil3 tbsp
Vitamin E oil1 tbsp

How To Prepare And Use?

  1. In the beginning, you have to take a small bowl and add about 3 tbsp of coconut oil into it.
  2. Then add about 3 tbsp of olive oil into the bowl containing the oil.
  3. After that, you have to add about 1 tbsp of vitamin E oil into the same bowl that contains the oil mixture.
  4. Stir the oil mixture well such that it gets mixed well with one another.
  5. Then start to apply the oil all over your skin where you have those stretch marks.
  6. Also, try giving a gentle massage by rubbing the oil mixture softly on those stretch marks on your skin.
  7. Try to apply this oil mixture during the night times so that you give enough time for the oil to act effectively on your skin.
  8. Do not wash the area with warm or cold water after applying the oil.
  9. Leave it to stay on your skin for overnight. And when you wake up in the morning, the oil in your skin will be absorbed totally by it.
  10. Repeat doing the same process for a couple of days to make the stretch marks to disappear completely from your skin. 

#14. With Essential Oils

Things Required:

Extra virgin Coconut oil2 tbsp
Lavender essential oil3 drops
Frankincense essential oil3 drops

How To Prepare And Use?

  1. Firstly, place a small bowl and add about 2 tbsp of extra virgin coconut oil into it.
  2. Then you have to add about two essential oils which can be very helpful in removing all the marks and wrinkles from your skin.
  3. Add about 3 drops of Lavender essential oil and Frankincense essential oil into the bowl that contains the coconut oil in it.
  4. Stir all the three ingredients well such that the mixture gets mixed well.
  5. Now you can start to apply the mixture directly on your skin region where you have the stretch marks.
  6. While applying the oil to your skin, try to give a gentle massage to your skin region with the help of the applied oil.
  7. Then leave the oil to stay on your skin for a few minutes.
  8. Or you can prefer for applying the mixture on your skin before going to bed.
  9. This will be helpful in making the oil to stay on your skin for overnight. 
  10. After you wake up in the morning, the entire oil that has been applied to your skin will be absorbed by it. 

#15. With Baking Soda

Things Required:

Extra virgin Coconut oil2 tbsp
Baking soda powder2 tbsp

How To Prepare And Use?

  1. In the beginning, you have to place a small bowl and add about 2 tbsp of extra virgin coconut oil into it.
  2. Then add about 2 tbsp of baking soda powder into the same bowl that contains the coconut oil.
  3. Mix both the ingredients very well such that the baking soda gets dissolved completely inside the coconut oil mixture.
  4. After mixing the ingredients a fine and smooth white paste will be obtained.
  5. Now you have to start applying this baking soda paste on those focus areas where you have the stretch marks. 
  6. Once applying is done, wait until the applied paste on your skin becomes dry completely.
  7. Then use warm or cold water and rinse the area thoroughly until the entire mixture gets removed completely.
  8. Use this mixture three times a day to see some visible changes in your skin. 
  9. You can also prepare this mixture in large quantities that can be used for about one week.
  10. But then, while storing you have to make sure that it is an airtight container to prevent the mixture from getting spoiled.
